Over the holiday weekend, in addition to Hamptons residents and visitors making the most of the Fourth of July festivities, celebrities were spotted shopping and dining across the East End.

Thursday evening, Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton was full of famous faces to kick off the long weekend.

Game of Thrones actor Peter Dinklage dined with friends on the front porch of the famous East Hampton restaurant.

Inside, Rob Reiner, director of And So It Goes, ate with his wife, Michele Singer Reiner, and screenwriter Nick Pileggi. Just a few tables away, the star of Reiner’s film, Diane Keaton, dined with her sister and two children.

All three were in town for the Hamptons premiere of And So It Goes at Guild Hall Sunday evening. Keaton’s co-star, Michael Douglas was also at the premiere, along with Catherine Zeta-Jones, Barbara Streisand, James Brolin, Martha Stewart and Howard Stern.

The Academy Award-winning actress was spotted in East Hampton several times throughout the weekend, including a reading of her new memoir, Let’s Just Say It Wasn’t Pretty, at BookHampton East Hampton on Saturday evening. Keaton shopped on Newtown Lane on Friday afternoon, taking cover under an umbrella in the bustling downtown.

British TV personality Simon Cowell also shopped downtown East Hampton on the rainy day. Girlfriend Lauren Silverman accompanied Cowell on the trip. The pair are renting in Bridgehampton for the summer.

Sunday afternoon, celebrity chefs Michael Symon and Bobby Flay lunched at Bostwick’s Chowder House in East Hampton. Fellow chef Alex Cuarnaschelli stopped by the same restaurant later that evening for dinner.

Over in Sag Harbor, rock legend and Amagansett resident Paul McCartney was spotted finishing his weekend with some frozen yogurt at BuddhaBerry.

Farther west, 75 Main was host to a slew of notable names who hit the popular Southampton restaurant over the holiday weekend.

Comedian Heather McDonald was in the Hamptons in preparation of her Monday night stand-up show at Bay Street Theater. Her weekend included a stop at the downtown Southampton establishment.

Bravo reality stars reunited with a meeting of past and present Real Housewives. Former Real Housewives of New York City star Jill Zarin dined with current cast members Sonja Morgan and Ramona and Mario Singer. Season 6 of the reality hit is currently airing on Bravo.

Luis Ortiz of Million Dollar Listing New York adds to the list of Bravo faces to be spotted at 75 Main.

While 75 Main has been home to multiple Kardashian sightings this season, sister Kim’s proclaimed best friend, Jonathan Cheban, ate at the Southampton establishment over the weekend. Cheban dined with his mother as they celebrated her birthday.

Cheban continued his East Coast stay, but instead hit the Jersey Shore with Kim Kardashian on Tuesday. The pair was spotted filming a segment for the upcoming reality show, Kourtney and Khloé Take The Hamptons, on the infamous Seaside Heights boardwalk.

Other famous 75 Main diners included Daniel Baldwin and wife, Isabella Hofmann, former NY Knick and current Milwaukee Bucks coach Jason Kidd and former NY Yankee David Cone with wife, Taja.
