And there they go, splashing and shouting, as they plunged, en masse, into the icy December waters at Coopers Beach for this year’s Polar Bear Plunge.

Saturday morning, December 13, 2014, at Coopers Beach in Southampton Village, with the air temp at 39° and the water at 47°, brave souls gathered for the annual Polar Bear Plunge, raising seasonal spirits and funds for Human Resources of the Hamptons, dedicated to, “Bringing hope and lending a helping hand to those in need.”
