Suffolk Police Exam Scheduled for June 13
The Suffolk County Department of Civil Service will hold a police officer exam on Saturday, June 13, 2015, and applications have until April 1 to sign up.
The exam is required to become a police officer not just in the Suffolk County Police Department, but in the East End town and village police departments as well.
An informational seminar for those interested in becoming police officers will be held Thursday, March 5, at Riverhead Library, 330 Court St, Riverhead.
A little farther west, sessions will take place at William Floyd Library on Tuesday, February 24, at Brentwood Library on Tuesday, February 10, and at Wyandanch Library on Wednesday, March 18.
All meetings start at 7 p.m.
