Wölffer Estate Vineyard Debuts Screw Cap Machine

Wölffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack has a new addition to its winery: a machine that adds screw caps to bottles.

Wölffer winemaker and partner Roman Roth showed off the new machine in a video that Wölffer shared on its Facebook page Friday.

The machine’s first assignment is capping bottles of Trebbiano 2014.
