Courtney Love Guest Stars on ABC's Revenge

Montauk visitor Courtney Love is returning to the Hamptons—or the faux-Hamptons, at least.
The fab rocker/actress/all-around-awesome star will make a guest appearance on our favorite Hamptons-themed melodrama, Revenge, later this season, according to People.com. Love will play a jetsetter named “White Gold” who comes to the Hamptons thanks to Margaux “Bitter, Party of One” LeMarchal.
Revenge returned last week with a fun episode of cattiness and cat burglaries. No word yet on Love’s storyline, but she’ll appear in multiple episodes beginning Sunday, March 29 with Season 4, Episode 18: “Clarity.” Margaux did recently threaten our least favorite beat cop, Ben, with exposing his ex-wife April’s current location to someone she’s hiding from. Could White Gold be after her? Could White Gold somehow be related to Malcolm Black? His opposite-colored wife perhaps?

Love is one of several new cast members introduced during this transitional season. Among the many cast changes are new regulars Brian Hallisay (The Client List, Mistresses) and Elena Satine (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) playing earnest cop Ben Hunter and kooky southern belle Louise Ellis. Gina Torres (Suits, Firefly) recurs as new socialite/Grayson widow Natalie Walters, and Sarah Lancaster (Chuck, Everwood) will be playing the mysterious April. Tommy Flanagan (Sons of Anarchy, Braveheart) guest-starred as evil Malcolm Black, and Courtney Ford (Murder in the First, True Blood) played his daughter, Kate. James Tupper, who’s played David Clarke in flashbacks since the series premiered, returned full-time, while Barry Sloane’s Aiden and Henry Czerny’s Conrad were killed off in the Season 3 finale. Original cast members Christa B. Allen and Josh Bowman, who play siblings on the show, also exited—Charlotte was shipped away to rehab in Europe, while Daniel was killed off in the winter finale.
Love has been making the TV rounds as of late, guest-starring on Fox’s hit drama Empire and alongside Flanagan the final season of FX’s Sons of Anarchy.
