POSTPONED: 2015 San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons Moved to October 17 & 18
UPDATE: Due to an inclement weather forecast this weekend, the San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons has been postponed to the weekend of October 17 and 18.

The fifth annual San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons will be held this weekend, Saturday, October 3, and Sunday, October 4, in Hampton Bays.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. both days and features carnival rides, live music and entertainment, artisan vendors, Italian food vendors, and special guests. Both a Fiat and a Vespa will be raffled.
The festivities kick off with an opening ceremony and parade Saturday at 10:30 a.m. starting at the Hampton Bays Ambulance and continuing from Ponquogue Avenue to Montauk Highway to Springville Road.
Musicians playing over the weekend include Carmello, Badlands, Elio Saccio, Souled Out, John Ciotta, and East Coast Band.
Fireworks are planned Saturday at 8:30 p.m.
Actor Joseph R. Gannascoli, known as Vito from The Sopranos, will make a special appearance and hold a book signing. Boxer Jerry Cooney appears Sunday between 1 and 3 p.m. and will sell autographed photos.
The festival supports Maureen’s Haven Homeless Outreach, the Coalition for Women’s Cancers at Southampton Hospital, and the San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons Scholarship Fund.
