Suffolk Theater, the only theater on Long Island with a full restaurant and bar, has become the place to go in Riverhead thanks to its diverse slate of concerts and shows. In addition to the great in-house programming, the Theater is also deeply involved with the Riverhead community, hosting seasonal pub crawls for charity. Here’s a preview of Suffolk Theater’s fabulous fall lineup.
Check out Tribal Games II on Friday, October 2. This competition features male and female athletes competing in 10 matches that will test their skills, resistance and athleticism to see who is the fittest of all. On Saturday, October 3, The Fast Lane, the Eagles tribute Band, will perform. This renowned band has performed throughout North America and Europe. On Friday, October 9, bring your dancing shoes for Studio 54 Night, featuring DJ Rusty and That ’70s Band. The dance floor will be open! On Friday, October 16, party rock band Paul Revere’s Raiders will perform. On Thursday, October 22, South Side Johnny & The Poor Fools will perform a special stripped down, “acoustic-ish” show. Celebrate Halloween at Suffolk Theater during Gallagher’s Pumpkin Smash with Artie Fletcher & Bob Nelson on Friday, October 30. And on Saturday, October 31, do the Time Warp with a screening The Rocky Horror Picture Show, followed by an after-party.
On Saturday, November 21, the iconic Ronnie Spector of The Ronettes will perform. Spector is known for beloved songs like “Be My Baby,” “Baby I Love You” and “Walking in the Rain”—don’t miss this wonderful performer. And on December 19, start the winter season with Felix Caviliere’s Rascals Holiday Show. Known for hits like “Good Lovin’” and “People Everywhere Just Gotta Be Free,” The Rascals will be a hit with fans of soul.
Suffolk Theater’s will participate in Riverhead’s next pub crawl be on Sunday, October 18, with an “Oktoberfest” theme. Running from noon to 8 p.m., Riverhead’s bars and restaurants will offer special deals on drinks and flights. Bracelets are available for pre-purchase!
