Where: Love Lane, Mattituck
What: Every first Friday of the month, enjoy Mattituck and all its shopping, restaurants, wineries and more. Love Lane will be closed for the monthly Block Party and opened up for some family fun. Check out the various shops, listen to local musicians perform, enjoy good food and wine and get to know this unique slice of the North Fork.

TOUR
8th Annual Southampton House Tour: “Insider’s View”
When: June 3, 4:30 p.m.
Where: Thomas Halsey Homestead, 249 South Main Street, Southampton and throughout the village
What: Take this tour and get the rare opportunity to go through the doors of some of Southampton’s most beautiful and historic homes. A champagne reception, catered by Sant Ambroeus, will follow the tour at the Rogers Mansion.

THEATER
The Man in the Ceiling
When: June 3, 8 p.m. (Through June 25)
Where: Bay Street Theater, 1 Bay Street, Sag Harbor
What: Check out the world premiere production of this new musical by East Ender Jules Feiffer and composer Andrew Lippa. In this adaptation of Feiffer’s book, Jimmy Jibbit is a young cartoonist whose father would prefer he play ball like a regular boy. New to the story for the stage is Uncle Lester, a playwright who can’t come up with a song to finish his musical. Jeffrey Seller, mega-producer behind Broadway hits like Rent and Hamilton, directs this exciting new work.

MUSIC
The Temptations Revue
When: June 3, 8 p.m.
Where: Suffolk Theater, 118 East Main Street, Riverhead
What: This musical celebration of the Temptations is led by Nate Evans, who was handpicked by original Temptations lead singers Eddie Kendricks, David Ruffin and Dennis Edwards. Evans helps to continue the musical legacy of the Temptations, known for hits like “My Girl,” “Ain’t Too Proud to Beg,” “Papa Was a Rolling Stone,” “Just My Imagination” and more. Fans of classic R&B and soul shouldn’t miss this exciting night of music!

Dan’s Literary Salon

Where: Southampton Arts Center, 25 Jobs Lane, Southampton
