Tuesday Club

For almost 20 years, on the second Tuesday of every month, East Hampton Village Mayor Paul Rickenbach, Jr. has invited a local influential speaker to share his or her experience and to stimulate discussion at meetings of the Tuesday Club.

Club members, each with six, seven, or eight decades of expertise in their own field, have heard from politicians, publishers, activists, authors, and others who affect the quality of life on the East End.

This week’s speaker was Steven Ringel, Executive Director of the East Hampton Chamber of Commerce, who spoke about his plans for supporting and promoting local businesses, including street fairs and other events in our villages.
