The James Beard Foundation, the country’s preeminent culinary organization, hosted its annual “Chefs & Champagne” benefit at Wölffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack on Saturday, July 28. Padma Lakshmi, host and executive producer of Bravo’s Emmy award–winning “Top Chef,” was guest of honor.
