The Dolce Vita

This cocktail is the perfect bridge from late summer to early fall, with sweet fig, earthy sage and bright citrus. Try it garnished with any hearty herb from your garden—we love it with rosemary or thyme.

Ingredients

2 oz Bacardi
1 oz fig jam
0.5 oz sage simple
0.5 oz lemon juice
2 dashes orange bitters

Presentation

Serve in a rocks glass, garnish with a rosemary sprig and an orange twist.
