The Shinnecock Indian Nation and its Chairperson Bryan Polite celebrated the grand opening of Little Beach Harvest with a traditional ceremony and ribbon cutting.

The 5,000-square-foot cannabis dispensary, located in Southampton Town, marked the first tribally-owned and operated tax-free cannabis dispensary in Suffolk County. The dispensary’s opening culminated eight years of lobbying, outreach, development and planning.

Little Beach Harvest is poised to make a significant impact as it not only provides a valuable services but also represents a milestone in the Shinnecock Nation’s efforts to establish economic opportunities and self-sufficiency.
