L.A. Reid, CEO of Epic Records and former judge on The X-Factor, is selling his East Hampton home. The 7,000-square-foot house has 8 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms, and sits on 3.3 acres. Reid paid $10 million for the property in 2006. It’s now listed for $18.995 million.
Sotheby’s agent Linda Haugevik has the listing, which describes the house as, “Meticulous and thoughtfully designed, with the finest finishes and materials used throughout,” noting that it offers a generous two-level master suite, 7 additional guest bedrooms including 5 en suite, open gourmet eat-in kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, formal living room, formal dining and den with fireplace.
