What do you get when you have Hamptons resident Martha Stewart and rapper Snoop Dogg cooking in the kitchen and hosting a dinner party together?
You’re about to find out.
Recently, the Viacom-owned cable network, VH1 announced that it will be filming a new unscripted series called Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party, starring none other than Stewart and Snoop Dogg. The show will feature the duo hosting a dinner party each week with celebrity guests. The series will debut this fall.
In a teaser video on Good Morning America, Stewart hypes up the upcoming show. “Our new show is rizzle-dizzle fo’ shizzle,” she says.
Furthermore, VH1 describes the new show as a “half-baked evening of cocktails, cooking, conversation and fun where nothing is off limits.”
The two stars have appeared onscreen together before. Most recently, Stewart and Snoop Dogg were both featured on an episode of the ABC game show, $100,000 Pyramid. In the past year, Snoop Dogg and Stewart both attended the Justin Bieber’s roast on Comedy Central and Snoop Dogg appeared as a guest on Martha, Stewart’s talk show.
Stewart is around the Hamptons quite frequently. Last September, Stewart introduced the Landscape Award at the LongHouse Reserve’s annual Landscape Awards Luncheon. Stewart also hosted a Dom Pérignon Party in July, 2014 where the company launched a unique vintage called P2.
