Sculptor Randall Rosenthal at PechaKucha Night Hamptons
Oct 16, 2017 - Artist Randall Rosenthal has an incredible talent for making perfectly real, life-sized wood sculptures of various objects, including stacks of newspapers, Archie comic books, wads of cash, baseball cards and much more. Anyone who's seen them can attest to their mind-blowing accuracy and realism.

He recently spoke about his career, work and process at the Parrish Art Museum's PechaKucha Night Hamptons, Volume 21 on September 15. PechaKucha Night follows a strict rapid fire format where creative speakers from varied fields show 20 slides, for 20 seconds each, about living creatively on the East End.

Rosenthal, whose realistic works are now on view at the Parrish Art Museum's exhibition From Lens To Eye To Hand Photorealism 1969 to Today, has also fabricated and installed numerous architectural sculptures. His pieces can be seen in public spaces, houses of worship and architecturally important private homes.

He has worked with award-winning architects and design teams and won his own awards for design and sculpture.
